Thank you for shopping at Hybris Tube. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any plan/course/subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Use.

Quick Summary

  • Digital access is non-refundable once access is granted (time-bound viewer rights).
  • Refunds are considered only in limited exception cases (e.g., duplicate payment, confirmed payment error, or access not provided due to a platform issue).
  • Purchases made via Apple App Store / Google Play follow their refund rules and must be requested through them.

1) Nature of Products (Digital / Non-Tangible)

Hybris Tube sells non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods such as time-bound course access, video streaming, study material, code files, quizzes/tests, and support services delivered digitally (“Digital Products”). Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

2) No Refunds After Access Is Granted (General Rule)

We do not issue refunds for Digital Products once the order is confirmed and access is granted on the Platform (including via web portal or mobile app), except where required by applicable law or under the limited exceptions listed below.

  • No refunds for “change of mind”, “no time to learn”, partial usage, lack of usage, or switching to another course/plan later.
  • No refunds if a learner’s access is restricted/suspended due to violations of Terms of Use (e.g., credential sharing, device/session abuse, piracy attempts).
  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway fees (if charged by your bank/provider) are outside our control and are non-refundable.

3) Limited Exception Cases (When We May Consider a Refund)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations, subject to verification:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same purchase/order.
  • Payment captured but access not granted: Your payment succeeded, but we could not provide access due to a platform-side issue and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact us with proof.
  • Unauthorized transaction (limited): If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We may request verification and supporting documentation. If fraud/abuse is suspected, we may decline and advise you to contact your bank/payment provider.

Note

If you have trouble accessing content, please contact us first. Most issues are solved quickly through support. Refunds are a last-resort option and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

4) App Store / Play Store Purchases

If you purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds (if any) are governed by Apple/Google policies and must be requested through them. Hybris Tube cannot override store decisions or refund store-processed transactions directly.

5) How to Request Support / Refund Review (Exception Cases)

To request assistance (or a refund review under the exception cases above), email us with the details below:

  • Primary email used for purchase/access
  • Payment method (Website / UPI / PayPal / Wise / Payoneer / etc.)
  • Transaction ID / Receipt (screenshot or reference number)
  • Reason (duplicate payment / access not granted / other exception)

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access during the dispute investigation. We may provide evidence of content delivery/access logs to the payment provider to resolve disputes.

7) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the updated policy.
